If you’re trying to figure out where to get GLP-1 medications online, you’re not alone.
This space is growing fast, and as a wellness coach who focuses on long-term health and longevity, I’ve reviewed dozens of providers to help my clients find options that are both safe and effective.
Whether you’re looking to lose weight, improve metabolic health, or take a thoughtful step toward healthy aging, these are the online GLP-1 providers I feel good recommending… and why.
🥇 1. Remedy Meds – Best Overall To Get Started
Remedy Meds makes it incredibly easy to get started, and they consistently offer the best first-month discounts I’ve seen. The intake form is detailed, but it’s super quick (maybe took me 3 minutes to complete). After you enter your credit card information, you immediately get into their patient portal, assigned a provider and within 2-3 days your prescription is sent to the pharmacy. From there it will be shipped within another few days.
$120 off your first order would bring the first month pricing to the following:
| Structure | Compounded Tirzepatide | Compounded Semaglutide |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly Pricing | $399 | $299 |
| With 1st Month Discount | $279 | $179 |
Polarizing Reviews
On the flip side, their reviews are quite polarizing. If you check Remedy Meds’ Truspilot page, you’ll see they have a 4.7/5 star rating, which Trustpilot considers “Excellent.” However, if you take a look at their 1, 2 and 3-star customer reviews, you’ll quickly notice that many people were left with a salty taste in their mouths – citing poor business practices, such as auto billing, empty viles being sent, trying to get their money back but customer service un-responsive. Things of that nature would turn me off BIG TIME. But Remedy Meds is #1 on Forbes Health and have been the fastest growing compounded GLP-1 provider since 2024.
What’s Great
- $120 off your first month with select links
- Fast approvals and pharmacy fulfillment
- No insurance required
- Transparent options for both Semaglutide and Tirzepatide
If you’re price-sensitive or just want to get started quickly, Remedy is a fantastic option—as long as you’re mindful of your provider and pharmacy match.

🧬 2. Join Josie – Best for Women in Menopause
If you’re in midlife and looking for support that’s tailored to the hormonal shifts that come with menopause or perimenopause, Join Josie is unmatched.
Josie offers full dose and microdose compounded GLP-1s. The microdose option is very popular for women over 40 who want to ease into the medication, quite the food noise and minimize side effects. Josie makes it possible with microdosing.
Something else that’s unique to Josie is they are one of the few providers that offer compounded oral tirzepatide. It’s great for women who don’t prefer the shot. They are oral dissolvable tablets that go under the tongue, and you take it once per day.
Lastly, Josie shines the most with their true month-to-month medications. You decide if you want to refill or not because you have to fill out the refill form before continuing to the next month. They never auto bill you. I’ve never been auto billed and I’ve taken a month off here and a month off there. It’s really nice, and you don’t have to reach out and say “cancel my order” and then wait to see if they actually cancel it. It’s truly up to us as customers, which is rare in the telemedicine space.
Quick note on medication: Your medication will be mixed with either B6 or B12, which is also true for any of the providers on this list if you’re going with compounded GLP-1s.
My Josie Journey
I personally take Josie’s compounded tirzepatide microdose, and have been for 6 months. My experience has been great – from the initial consultation to delivery to medication application. However, I recently referred one of my closest friends to Josie, and her quiz to delivery process took a few days longer than mine. So, I’d imagine some women get real fast service, while others might not get so lucky. It’s pretty typical with all of these providers.
I can honestly say after 6 months, I definitely don’t snack as much as I used to, I get full very easily and my hormones have somehow nearly balanced out – it’s pretty insane, and I’ve heard of other women saying the same exact thing… but I realize not everyone may see the exact same results as myself.
Finally, because I chose microdose, I haven’t experienced crazy side effects. The first 2 weeks I did feel a tad bit nauseous here and there, but overall it hasn’t been a major issue. It’s one of the reasons I went with microdose.
What’s Great
- Specializes in compounded GLP-1s for women in menopause
- Monthly check-ins available
- Affordable pricing on compounded options
- $100 off regular dose for 1st month – JOSIE100
- $50 off microdose for 1st month – JOSIE50
I love their focus on women who are often overlooked in the weight loss conversation. This isn’t just about shedding pounds… it’s about feeling like yourself again.

How to Choose the Right GLP-1 Provider for You
Not sure which one’s right for you? Here’s what I tell my clients:
- What stage of life are you in? (Menopause, postpartum, midlife?)
- Do you prefer brand-name or compounded meds?
- Do you need insurance coverage?
- Are you in a rush to get started, or want extra support?
If you’re still on the fence, I wrote a full post to help break this down: How to Choose Compounded GLP-1s
What’s Typically Included in a GLP-1 Program?
Each provider is a little different, but most include:
- A licensed medical consult (online)
- The medication itself (shipped to your door)
- Ongoing care or check-ins
- Patient portal or support team access
It’s worth asking what’s not included too, like lab work or refills.
Common Questions I Hear From Clients
Yes, if you use a legitimate telehealth provider with U.S.-licensed doctors and approved pharmacies. Stick to the list above.
If you want affordability and flexibility, compounded is great. If you want the FDA-stamped original, go brand-name. Both have pros and cons.
All providers on this list offer compounded GLP-1s, but some offer both compounded and brand name. However, if you want to go with brand name, I suggest you go straight to the source – Lilly Direct (Tirzepatide) or NovoCare (Semaglutide).
You can switch providers any time, however you should know that starting with a new provider will take time to get your first prescription with them. You’ll also need a copy of your current prescription if you’re wanting to start on the dose you left off with.
From quiz to delivery, realistic expectations are 7-10 days. Sometimes it can be faster, sometimes even slower. It just depends on how many orders these companies are receiving at the time you’re ordering.
Some providers require labs, especially if offering brand-name meds through insurance. Many compounded providers don’t require labs upfront but may recommend them.
If you have side effects that aren’t serving you well, you should immediately tell your provider – that way they can adjust the dose that works for your body. In some instances, providers will recommend a different prescription for nausea control. It’s still up to you if you want to order that or not.
That depends on your medical history and goals. Many providers now offer microdosed GLP-1s for metabolic health and aging support… a growing trend among wellness-focused users.
Some providers (like Fridays) accept insurance, especially for brand-name meds like Wegovy or Zepbound. All compounded GLP-1s are cash-pay only.
Yes, many GLP-1 providers allow you to use FSA or HSA funds, especially if you’re paying for a medical weight loss program.
